LOCATIONS: Various Locations in Lower Mainland

POSITION STATUS: Summer Contract, Full Time - 10 week

 

TERMS: June 10, 2024 - August 19, 2024 - Dates still need to be confirmed. 

 

​SHIFT: Monday to Friday, with varying shifts and occasionally on weekends. 

​

NOTE: These positions are contingent on the Canada Summer Jobs Grant funding. Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents between 17 and 30 and are entitled to work in Canada. 

 

NATURE & SCOPE: If you want to work with kids, we are looking for you! DYT Leader enjoys facilitating activities and games for children ages 5 to 12 in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate games and activities for campers

• Engage and build relationships with campers

• Ensure all campers are safe and supervised

• Follow all DYT policies and procedures
   

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in ASL

• Available to work full-time hours for the entire contract

• Available to work two outreach trips - July 1 - 5, and August 9 to 16, 2024
