Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Family Network for Deaf Children (FNDC) website (www.fndc.ca) and all related services. FNDC is a parent-run, non-profit, charitable organization (Registered Charity #886225655RR0001, BC Society #S0033351) established since March 14, 1995, supporting families with deaf and hard of hearing children and youth who use sign language or are interested in learning sign language.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.

Program Registration and Fees
DYT Program
Deaf Youth Today (DYT) is FNDC's summer social/recreational program committed to providing language-rich experiences and leadership opportunities for deaf and hard of hearing children/youth in British Columbia.
Program Fees
Program fees are heavily subsidized. The actual cost per camper ranges from $200 to $350, while we typically charge approximately $80. We reserve the right to change program fees with reasonable notice.
Subsidies
FNDC may offer subsidized program fees for families in need. If program fees present a financial burden, please contact dyt@fndc.ca to discuss options. We ask that families pay a portion of the fee as a commitment to attendance.
Membership
Annual Membership
FNDC offers annual memberships from July 1 to June 30 of the following year at a fee of $10.00. Membership shows support for our mission and helps fund our programs.
Membership Benefits
Members receive newsletters, event notifications, and demonstrate their support for FNDC's advocacy efforts for deaf and hard of hearing children and youth.
Limitation of Liability
FNDC makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the website's content. The website and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.
